Copper Substrate Circuits

Copper substrate boards are the most expensive in MCPCB, heat dissipation is much better than aluminium board and iron substrate, and is widely used in special industry and products. Normally the surface finish will have ENIG, Silver, HAL, OSP, etc. Copper substrate circuit requires high current capacity, thus thick copper is necessary, offer 35 um ~ 280 um.

Iron Substrate Board

Iron substrate board is applied in premium generator, premium equipment and motor. Main customers are from Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, and Canada.
